Witam! Chciałbym zaznaczyć, że z wine doświadczenia nie mam żadnego dlatego was drodzy forumowicze proszę o pomoc.
Mój problem wygląda następująco. Kilka dni temu dla testów zainstalowałem sobie kubuntu 10.04. Zainstalowałem tam wine i gra Runes of Magic prawie się odpaliła (Po kliknięciu na "Rozpocznij grę" wyskakiwał błąd z jakimś plikiem exe coś od updatów). Wczoraj zainstalowałem ubuntu 10.04 zainstalowałem wine (tą samą wersję co w kubuntu czyli 1.2-rc3). Przygotowałem wine z godnie z tym co było podane pod tym linkiem. Zainstalowałem te same sterowniki (Nvidia 195.36.15). I... nic. Wine nie reaguje. Na pasku aplikacji pojawia się tylko na chwilę startowanie gry i znika. Poza tym nie ma żadnego efektu. Chcę nadmienić, że wine zainstalowało się i działa poprawnie.

Tu kilka konfiguracji oraz wypociny wine które mogą się przydać przy rozwiązaniu problemu.

Na tym się zwiesza i jak nacisnę enter to pojawia się znak zachęty.
A oto sprzęt na jakim próbuję uruchomić grę.
Procesor: Amd Athlon X2 2,7GHz
Ram: 2 GB
Karta graficzna: Nvidia Gforce 9400GT 512MB
Reszta konfiguracji raczej nie potrzebna. Nadmienię jeszcze, że pracuję w rozdzielczości 1920x1020.
Bardzo proszę o pomoc ponieważ ta gra jest już ostatnim bastionem windowsa na moim komputerze.

Wiesz co ci powiem? jak zainstalujesz na windowsie i odpalisz przez wine to ruszy :] niestety większość gier tak ma, jak zainstalujesz przez wine to du*a, a jak na windowsie, to przez wine odpalisz, przykłady: Just Cause, Shaiya, Rune Of Magic, Devil May Cry 4, Stronghold 2 itd... Żadna z wymienionych instalowana przez wine nie działa...

Szkoda że Twelwe Sky 2 nie dział, bo muszę się przełączać na windowsa :/

I tu muszę cię zasmucić Runes of Magic działa w identyczny sposób jeśli zainstaluję na windowsie lub przez wine. Na obu systemach sprawdzałem i niestety taka sama reakcja. Sad

Jak teraz sprawdziłem jeszcze raz to z dysku windowsowego nawet nie raczy uruchomić.

Dam jeszcze wypociny pliku Client.exe. Przy obu sposobach instalacji wyglądają one identycznie.

A winetricks masz zainstalowane ? Może coś pomoże.
Też mam problem z odpaleniem tej gry na ubuntu 10.04 (wątek : http://linux360.pl/forum/thread-4177.html)

Czytałem ten wątek i wiele innych na innych forach i nic nie znalazłem pomocnego. C do winetrick jest również zainstalowane i to co za pomocą niego miało być zainstalowane aby zapewnić prawidłowe działanie tej gry też (sh winetricks vcrun2005 ie6 wininet)

Jak pisałem na samy początku 1.2-rc3. Czyli o ile dobrze się orientuje najnowsza.

Cholera... racja , coś mi się pokiełbasiło, eh, przepraszam za wprowadzenie w błąd, reszta gier działa w ten sposób, ale ta rzeczywiście nie, mój błąd wynikał zapewne z tego że ciągle zmieniam system,albo żeby pograć w 12 Sky 2, PoP TT i najwidoczniej RoM (swoją drogo jest zbyt cukierkowa, za często w nią nie gram, ale w CDAction była, co zrobić Tongue

) na windowsie, albo żeby podziałać na Ubuntu, Sorry....

Nie szkodzi błąd przywilejem ludzi. Jednakże błąd ten jest dość dziwny a i za nic nie nie mogę sobie z nim poradzić.

Zobacz, czy gdzieś na nośniku od tej gry, nie ma czasem instalki biblioteki msvcr80.dll, albo IE.
Z tą wersją powinna ruszyć pod windą normalnie.
Jak ruszy, to możesz spróbować przerzucić pliki gry do folderu wine, nadpisując te, które już tam są.

U mnie tak odpalałem kilka gier, które miały opory działać pod wine Wink
